Tight hips · Achy knees · Low energy · Free

Two minutes an hour, on purpose.

You sit all day, your hips feel tight before lunch, and by 4pm your energy's gone. None of that needs a gym membership to fix — and this page is the whole method.

No app. No step-count guilt trip. No gym bag required.

The 60-second self-check

Tap what's true.

Our own Sunday check-in, shrunk to a minute. Be honest — nobody's marking it.

What the day actually looks like

Four blocks, not a workout.

So you know exactly what you're signing up for — nothing here needs a change of clothes.

09–11

Loosen up

One lap of the office before you properly sit down. Tight hips and stiff shoulders are easier to head off than undo.

11–13

Break the sit

One stand-up break an hour, minimum. Water refill, stairs, or standing through a call — anything that gets you off the chair.

13–15

Beat the slump

A chair-free lunch, even ten minutes of it. This is usually the difference between a real energy crash and a manageable one.

15–17

Leave upright

Stairs on the way out, a stretch before you drive home. What you do in the last hour is what your evening inherits.

Today's card

Punch it as you go.

Same idea as a factory time card, except you're clocking movement instead of hours. Nobody's watching but you.

What this actually gets you

Small, and it adds up.

A read on why the last attempt broke — usually the plan asked for too much, not that you lacked willpower.

One habit that survives a busy week, because it takes two minutes instead of an hour you don't have.

Proof it doesn't take a gym — every move on this page happens in normal clothes, near a desk.

Who it's for. And who it isn't.

Be honest with yourself here.

Do this if you —

  • Sit most of the day and feel it
  • Want to feel less wrecked by Friday
  • Have 2 minutes an hour, not two hours a day
  • Are tired of "just get a standing desk" as the whole answer

Skip it if you —

  • Already train and move plenty
  • Want a six-week transformation
  • Genuinely hate ticking boxes — fair enough
